The investor is invited to participate in the Company by investing in the $5million offering. This purchases the right to participate in all of the Company activities such as receiving a share in Water Purchase Agreement Income, Licensing Income, Purchase Income and any and all income that the Company receives. This will be completed after the $5million is raised.
Carbon Credits
WEE will be able to sequester enough Carbon to generate carbon credits which can be sold to the global market.
Through WEE’s patented carbon capture system and and methods, we will be able to achieve significant capitalization of the technology alongside the developing and growing climate control initiatives that will govern how all companies function in the global marketplace.
Joint Ventures
The investor is invited to participate in the Joint Venture(s) of the Company and like-minded companies and individuals that want to do projects with the technologies.
The units will be given to municipalities, farms, ranches, Oil & Gas and others for the purpose of obtaining Water Purchase Agreements, Water Treatment/Sanitation Agreements and Power Purchase Agreements.
These Agreements will have a 25–year life and will produces millions of acre feet of water per year, millions of gallons of reclaimed water per year and various KWs per year. Monies will be derived from the use of the technologies.
