WEE has a solution for emerging nations to not buy into creating more power grids across vast areas, that will be equally vulnerable to attack, but in supplying small power grids that service particular areas with infrastructure.
Water
Water is life! Every process we have includes the use of water.
Huge amounts of water are used in agriculture, industry, mining, oil production, housing, infrastructure, sanitation, food production, livestock, aquaculture, and more.
These are some of the areas that WEE will service over time. Water being the principal thing!
There are three sources of water to be used in water production, salt, brine and freshwater wells (that have become salty) and surface water (in lagoons and tailings ponds). These water sources need to be cleaned up and made into agricultural water and clean drinking water.

Energy
Most countries spend incredible amounts of money on the cost of energy production and delivery of that production to their industry and people.
Energy production can be achieved by managing waste from oil production, agriculture, food production and sewage that gets captured in the catalytic media and then burning that catalytic media in incinerators, use of biofuels that are produced by conversion and/or steam production.

WEE can, with the use of engineered wood and building blocks made from the catalytic media, build and deliver factory-built homes and commercial properties.
The unassembled homes can be shipped via the river system to 23 states in the US and 3 states in the Gulf of Mexico ready to assemble on-site from color coded plans.
