- Dr. Bollinger has been a trusted member of Water Electric Energy, LLC since its inception His skillsets have been of invaluable in orchestrating, developing and preparing presentations and business plans for WEE.
- He is a licensed architect, general contractor, real estate broker in California, professor at California State University Long Beach and Doctor of Architecture from the University of Southern California. He administrated over $50 billion in international business and development in real estate, including ports, airports, trade centers, transportation centers, communities, including park, education, housing, government buildings, hospitals, hotels, retail, office, industrial uses.
- Accomplished highlights of his career include successful completion of the Gateway Transit Center and L. A. Metropolitan Transportation Authority Headquarters at Union Station, the Long Beach World Trade Center, the University of California Irvine Bren Computer Science Center, the Port of Long Beach Master Plan, the Southeast Long Beach Specific Plan. He has testified as an expert witness in court cases and arbitration hearings involving several of the projects on which he has worked. He has conducted research on wide range of projects, including recycling of construction and demolition waste, waste to energy technologies, environmental impact of projects, and new building systems and components.
- He has been an expert consultant to start-up companies on incubation and development of clean technologies in the construction industry, and presently serves as a professor of construction engineering management in the school of engineering at CSULB. He was instrumental in obtaining the collaboration of faculty and staff at CSULB College of Engineering, coordinating the logistics for the demonstration in Lancaster, reviewing and editing the White Paper and coordinating the testing of the Alpha Model.
